Where's my Gate pass?

A gate pass is the release document that lets you or your carrier collect a vehicle you bought on Plug. It shows the pickup address and the seller’s contact details.

When you’ll get it

• Flooring: We send it as soon as your floor plan company approves the purchase.

• ACH, wire or check: We send it once your payment is confirmed. To get your gate pass faster, pay quickly or use a floor plan.

• Plug transport: We send the gate pass straight to the carrier, so you don’t need to do anything.

Once you have it, please schedule pickup within 3 business days.

It’s emailed to the address on your dealer account, along with your transaction summary.

Please keep it private. Gate passes often include a consumer seller’s name, home address and phone number. Share it only with the carrier moving the vehicle.

Still don’t have it? Check your spam folder first. Then confirm your payment went through, or that your floor plan company approved it. If both check out, contact us with the VIN.
